I went through another round of marking areas where the fit needed to be adjusted before removing the cabin top again. I needed to remove quite a bit more from the sill area. I also needed to remove some of the aft edge.
It fits much better after the adjustments but I still think I might need to remove more from the sill area. I also haven’t dealt with the intersection with the upper forward skin yet.
