I’m ready to bond the doors but I decided to fit the Aerosport interior panels first. I have previously fitted the forward interior panels.
Fitting the panels is straight forward and requires minimal trimming. I used #6 nut plates to secure the panels.
I tapped the holes for the small trim piece above the baggage door.
I then cut the holes for the rear vents. This required carefully approaching the final size while ensuring everything would line up.
I then installed the lever extensions that open and close the vent.
