Service bulletin 00002 was issued shortly after I had finished building the vertical stabilizer. I have had the parts on hand for a while.

Removing the old bracket was a quick task.

I then riveted the lower holes that are no longer used.
Next, I match drilled the bracket holes to #19 through the spar web on the drill press and countersunk them for #8 screws

Finally, I deburred, etched, and primed the rudder stops and assembled the parts when dried.
