I did another round of cabin top trimming this evening. I hadn’t yet trimmed the rear window flanges so I finished that up.
I also needed to remove a slight bit more along the rear of the pilot side door sill.
I found some good measurements for the amount of flange needed for the McMaster Carr seals so I decided to also trim the door openings to within a reasonable distance of those measurements. My finish kit doesn’t have an ETA yet so I suspect it will be a while before I have the doors on hand to final trim the opening.
