We got started today on riveting the fuselage bottom skins.
This was a two person job and Amber operated the rivet gun while I held the bucking bar.
We started out slow and got into a routine fairly quickly.
We started in the middle at the forward end and worked our way back on each rib to complete the first section on the right side.
We then completed the left side.
We then started on the next set of ribs, again working from the inside to the outside.
The forward bottom skin is now mostly riveted into place. We will rivet the antenna doublers next and then take the assembly down from the workbench to finish up the remaining rivets.
