I started assembling the aft bulkhead yesterday and continued this evening.
First up is riveting the seat rail support assemblies. I set these rivets with the pneumatic squeezer.
I then set the flush rivets that attach the nutplates to the assemblies.
With the squeezer already set, I proceeded to rivet the nutplates to the center section bulkheads.
Next, I riveted the center section upright bars into place. These are substantial parts and were a little tricky to set as the rivet gun wanted to bounce back.
I then inserted the AN3 bolt hardware that is outlined in the plans and loosely tightened the nuts. I then went back over all of the hardware and final torqued everything.
Next up is riveting everything into place.
