The primer finished drying and I’m now back to riveting. I riveted the elevator tip ribs together and attached the tip rib skins using the pneumatic squeezer.
I then attached the reinforcement plates and nut plates to the front spar of each elevator.
Next up was the riveting of the inboard rib to the spar and the insertion of the trim cable bushings.
I then riveted the elevator horns to the spars and inboard ribs.
Next, I riveted the nutplates to the trim cable cover reinforcement plates.
I then completed the back riveting of the reinforcement plates to the skins.
