I ended up getting COVID so the plane has sat idle for a while. That also meant I had to cancel a planned trip so maybe I’ll make up for it?
I’m still waiting for primer and I have several completed parts in the backlog. I’m also trying to get color samples for Sherwin Williams JetFlex paint but I’m not having luck getting any supplier to respond.
I decided to do a few small finishing tasks today. The first was drilling the holes for the air vents in the overhead console and the panel. I drilled these with a hole saw.
I also cut openings for defrost/ventilation fans in the dash. I will be installing 120mm computer case fans.
