I created a rack to hang the tailcone from the ceiling to get it out of the way while I work on the fuselage.
Larry DePute, our local EAA Technical Counselor stopped by on Thursday to take a look at my progress. I kept the tailcone out so he could give it a once over. So far, so good, on with the build. Thanks again Larry for stopping by!
I used wood from the fuselage crate to build the rack.

Amber helped me lift the tailcone into place. I then fit a block of wood behind the horizontal stabilizer attach bars so that it can’t slide out.

I now have my second table back to start assembling the fuselage.
