Match drilling.. lots of match drilling.
I match drilled the right skin to the bulkheads, the left skin to the bulkheads, the rear bulkheads, the bottom skin to the bulkheads, and the bottom skin to the side skins (everything but the forward bulkhead).
The top stiffeners are then put into place.
I removed the vinyl from the inside of the top skins and deburred them. The aft skin is clecoed into place first. The skins are fairly think and tricky to cleco around the bulkheads.
I then aligned the ends of the stiffeners and match drilled them to the aft skin.
Starting to feel quite big!
I then clecoed the forward skin into place. I’ll finish the match drilling in the next session.
