Doors Complete

Finally. The doors feel like a neverending part of the project.

After multiple iterations of micro and sanding, the doors smoothly transition to the cabin top. I gapped the doors to a gap of just under 1/8″.

A lot of filling and sanding was required to smooth out the door hinge pocket areas. The first coat of primer exposes more flaws.

I used Sherwin Williams JetFlex WR Dark Grey on the doors to match the interior of the cabin top. I chose not to remove the door hardware. This worked out well and saved some time.

The door with the hardware reinstalled.

Now to install the windows…
