While the pilot door was curing, I started on the copilot door hinges.
The hinge pins are made by removing the threaded portion of AN3-21A bolts. I also choose to round the hex head for a cleaner look.

I then mounted the hinges to the cabin top per the plans, then to the door. I used regular AN bolts on the door for now and will countersink these and change the hardware later.

For an initial fit, I’m really happy with how the door came out. It opens and closes with no binding and sits flush with the door opening in most areas.
